Nebraska SC Summer 2026

Field Guides, Clinics, and What's Coming

Nebraska SC Staff May 27, 2026 5 min read Updates

A lot is happening this summer — and we want to make sure you know about all of it. New resources, new events, and a couple of things that have been a long time coming. This is the full rundown.

If you haven't been to the website lately, start there. If you're anywhere near Alliance, Lincoln, or Norfolk, we're coming to you. If you've been following us on social media, two series you've been asking about are back. And if you're running the Blueprint this summer, we built something that belongs in your hands every single session.

Here's everything new at Nebraska SC heading into summer 2026.

What's New

  • A rebuilt Nebraska SC website — cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate
  • Three summer clinics: Alliance (June 19), Lincoln (July 10), and Norfolk (July 31)
  • Technique Tuesday and What We Do Wednesday return to Instagram and X all summer
  • Week-by-week Field Guides for the 12-Week Blueprint Program — one page, printable, built for the floor

New Website — Same Mission

The new Nebraska SC website is live. Same mission, same resources — just a whole lot easier to use.

The new site has cleaner navigation, faster load times, and a design that actually matches what we're putting out. Finding the Blueprint, the Field Guides, the blog, and clinic information no longer requires hunting through pages. It's all where you'd expect it to be.

Current Members

If you're an existing member, you should have received an email to reset your password. Check your inbox and follow the link to get back in — that link is only valid for 24 hours, so don't sit on it. If you didn't receive it or the link has expired, reach out and we'll get you sorted.

New Members

If you're new to Nebraska SC, head to nebraskasc.com and create an account. Membership is exclusive to Nebraska high school coaches and includes access to programs, resources, consultations, and free admission to all three summer clinics.

We built the site to grow with Nebraska SC. As clinics are added, Field Guides are released, and new resources come online, the site is built to handle it cleanly. This is the foundation, not the final product.

Three Summer Clinics — We're Coming to You

Nebraska SC is hitting the road this summer with three one-day clinics across the state. Each clinic is open to coaches and athletes and covers programming, weight room culture, and the practical side of running a high school strength program the right way.

Members — Clinics Are Free

Nebraska SC members get free admission to all three clinics. Membership is exclusive to Nebraska high school coaches and includes access to programs, resources, and consultations. Create your account at nebraskasc.com before registering.

These aren't just chalk talks. Expect hands-on work — movement instruction, programming walkthroughs, and direct Q&A with Nebraska SC staff. Whether you're a first-year coach building your room from scratch or a veteran looking to sharpen your approach, there's something at each stop for you.

Technique Tuesday and What We Do Wednesday Are Back

Two of our most-requested series are returning for the summer. Both run weekly on Instagram and X — short, specific, and built for coaches and athletes who want real information, not highlight reels.

Every Tuesday

Technique Tuesday

One movement. One cue. One correction. Short-form video breaking down a lift or athletic skill — practical enough to take straight to your next session.

Every Wednesday

What We Do Wednesday

A look inside how we build programs, run sessions, and think about training. The behind-the-scenes content that shows the work behind the work.

Both series run through the full summer. Follow us at @nebraska_sc on Instagram and X to catch every post — and if you find one useful, pass it along to a coach or athlete who needs it.

New: Week-by-Week Field Guides for the Blueprint Program

The 12-Week Summer Blueprint gives you the programming. What coaches kept asking for was something they could hold in their hand on the floor — a quick reference for what that specific week requires, what to watch for, and how to adjust by tier.

We built it. Field Guides are now available for every week of the Blueprint Program.

Each guide covers the week on one printed page:

  • The movement focus and technique priorities for that week
  • Loading protocols broken down by tier — Developmental, Intermediate, and Elite
  • What to watch for: fatigue carryover, technique breakdown points, common errors
  • Non-negotiables and coach reminders specific to that week
  • A sample three-day training week at the Intermediate tier

Designed for the Floor

Field Guides are built to be printed and posted. One page per week, high-resolution, white background. Pull it up on your phone or tape it to the wall — either way, the information you need is right there when you need it.

Guides are available now through the Nebraska SC website. If you're running the Blueprint this summer, these belong in your back pocket for every session.
